using Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft Lighthouse.
About the role
The Intune Administrator is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, compliant, and scalable endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune. This role requires advanced expertise across Mobile Application Management (MAM), Mobile Device Management (MDM), Conditional Access, security configuration, and Identity Governance, supported by strong automation, reporting, and integration capabilities using PowerShell, Microsoft Lighthouse, and Microsoft Graph API.
Key Responsibilities
- Device & Application Management — Manage MDM/MAM policies for corporate and BYOD devices, ensuring compliance and encryption standards
- Security & Conditional Access — Implement Zero Trust Conditional Access, MFA, and risk-based access control
- Identity & Access Governance — Manage Entra ID identities, enforce least privilege, and conduct access reviews
- Automation & Scripting — Automate tasks and reporting using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
- Device Lifecycle Management — Oversee Intune enrollment, configuration, and standardised device setup
- Documentation & Handover — Maintain clear SOPs and operational documentation
- Multi-Tenant Management — Manage multiple environments via Microsoft Lighthouse with consistent governance
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years' hands-on Intune administration experience
- Diploma in Information Technology
- Expertise in MAM, MDM, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Security
- Advanced PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API skills
- Experience with Intune device lifecycle management and Microsoft Lighthouse
- Analytical and proactive professional with strong troubleshooting skills, focused on automation, compliance, and secure digital transformation

- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300)
- Microsoft Certified: Security Administrator Associate (MS-500)
- ITIL v4 Foundation | PRINCE2 Foundation
