About the role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Practitioner with 5+ years in the ICT industry, specifically within Managed ICT Services and Cybersecurity environments. The role requires strong expertise in performance management, organisational design, labour relations, remuneration, recruitment, HR policy implementation, employee wellness, payroll administration, and compliance with applicable labour legislation.
Responsibilities
- Performance Management — Design and implement performance plans aligned to ICT service delivery
- Organisational Design — Structure and optimise teams supporting ICT and cybersecurity functions
- Labour Relations — Manage disputes, disciplinary processes, and ensure labour law compliance
- Remuneration & Benefits — Develop competitive compensation frameworks for ICT roles
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition — Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- HR Policy Implementation — Implement and enforce HR policies across the organisation
- Employee Wellness — Drive initiatives that support wellbeing, engagement, and retention
- Payroll & Compliance — Manage payroll processes and ensure legislative compliance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Diploma/Certification in Labour Relations or Payroll Administration
- Experience with HRIS systems (SAP HR, Sage HR, Zoho People)
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years HR experience in ICT/managed services
- Strong labour relations, recruitment & remuneration knowledge
- Experience in performance management & organisational design
- Skilled in HR policy, wellness & payroll systems
- Solid compliance, communication & stakeholder management skills
